Completed Works on Modern Villas in Sutivan – A Refined Realisation in Brač Stone

All stonework on the residential complex in Sutivan — a project by architect Vinko Peračić — has been successfully completed. The three villas, designed as a unified architectural whole, are now adorned with white Brač stone processed and installed entirely by our workshop.

The key visual feature of the project is the innovative “Grebana façade”, a contemporary surface treatment developed by Dražen Jakšić. The technique involves manually creating fine linear textures across the surface of each stone panel, resulting in a façade that is exceptionally modern while still retaining the warmth and authenticity of natural stone. This distinctive finish has already become highly appreciated and sought-after among our clients.

The interior is equally impressive: stone staircases, wall panels, floors and numerous custom-made details create a refined and harmonious spatial experience. Various stone finishes — from fine polishing to subtle texturing — blend seamlessly with wood and glass elements, giving the villas a luxurious yet understated atmosphere.

This project is another example of how traditional stonemasonry and modern architecture can coexist perfectly. After 114 years of continuous work, our workshop remains committed to innovation, new design approaches and contemporary stone processing techniques.

We are proud of our collaboration with architect Peračić and of the final result — three exceptional villas that enrich the architectural landscape of Sutivan. Brač stone once again proves to be a timeless material, brought to its full potential through the expertise of our craftsmen.
