The construction of the impressive villa in Meje, Split, has been successfully completed, and the finished building highlights how stone can define the entire character of a space. Our workshop carried out all stone elements — from façade cladding to paving and architectural detailing.
The exterior is dominated by large stone columns arranged in a clear architectural rhythm. Their presence visually expands the courtyard and adds a monumental, almost ceremonial quality to the outdoor space. The stone paving, made of white Brač stone, binds the entire exterior into a harmonious whole.
The stone façade panels were executed with particular care, emphasising precise joints and clean lines that highlight the geometry of the villa. The balcony, fully clad in stone, reinforces the vertical unity of the architectural composition.
However, the strongest visual signature of this villa comes from its round stone windows, an element that defines the façade and makes the building instantly recognisable. Their production required exceptional precision: each circular opening had to be shaped so that the curve remained perfect and seamlessly integrated into the stone structure. Careful profiling and installation ensured that these windows became the key architectural accent of the house.
With the completion of all works, the villa now stands as a refined example of how stone shapes space — bringing elegance, permanence and a distinctive architectural identity.
